Dear Angela,

Did you write that Little Red Tapping book just for me???

That’s what it felt like – and I’ve just REALLY realised that’s what I want visitors to Spiritus to feel…! Like I’m speaking directly to them.

I’ll be using that tapping a lot – AND – I’ve gotten started writing!

I feel like I’m stepping out of the cotton wool, and shaking off big woolly blankets which have been wrapped round me, weighing me down.

I’m excited to find what’s under the blankets..!

Last night I had to stay awake to finish a report and did EFT with your audio about releasing anger, frustration and worry. It was very effective. I liked the part about making friends with the negative energy and asking it to become creative energy.

Great session yesterday!! I really connected with both tapping sessions – I will definitely listen to the recording and do more tapping.

After the second one that included relaxing, my back relaxed and I leaned against the back of my chair – that’s never happened before! The first one also produced noticeable instant results – a HUGE first for me with EFT.

When I first I knew about you I was just divorced with a daughter with a rare neurological and semiletal  disease and  I felt sad, hopeless, ruined and unable to do anything for my daughter or me.

Feel free to include my comments – maybe it will help someone else who’s on the brink and uncertain (afraid) of the possible change…

What we tend to forget is that if its in our highest good, then it’s all to the good!  Courage is needed to take the first step (and other steps too), but once begun, that journey, that path, is such a delight!  Yes, things happen along the way, pain could be part of it also, but once your awareness is turned on, you see pain, etc as resistance.  Then see where the resistance is coming from, and turn it over on its back (sic), and see the inverse…once that happens, all doors open, opportunities abound and WE SEE THEM AS SUCH!!!!!

As you can tell, I’ve learned from you to look at the energy bundle and,  asking it if it will work for me, have started to re-direct energies…that is really cool and makes such a difference in the way I approach life now.

So, thank you, thank you, thank you!

My husband and I came to the EFT film and question/answer program last Sunday night at UH.  We all tapped as a group, about the stress we feel about the economy, and then you told me something life-changing, as far as I’m concerned.

You said that my high-strung-ness quality isn’t an “enemy.”  It is just part of my tremendous energy – something to be grateful for, to thank God for. It’s a gift.

I now tap saying, “My high level energy, I honor you and I thank you, and I respect you…and more. These statements have helped me tremendously to alleviate that anxiety, and I get to sleep almost immediately!

Your workshop (Q & A session, and tapping we did) were a God-send, and a life-changing experience!  I feel like I can accept my anxiety, and re-route it, or re-guide it, if you will, instead of thinking of it as something awful that I had to get rid of!  It’s a whole new perspective to regard it as a gift, to thank God for!  So, thank YOU! 

By the way, I was most inspired when you told that young man with the cerebral palsy, that if tapping didn’t actually cure him, physically, he was still “perfect” in God’s eyes. That was better than any sermon I’ve heard in church lately!  I think we all needed that. Very inspiring. And very sweet.

I would have to make up some sort of superlative adjective to describe the incredibleness (is that even a word?) of these 2 audios (how’s fantabulistic for starters?)….and moreover of this simply ingenious process of name-ing..rename-ing…and retrieving this precious energy potential instead of just dissolving it and being glad that it has been released (to God only knows where!)…

Thank you Angela.  I just listened to your Freedom From Fear call this morning.  I was deeply moved by your sharing about your surgery and how you came to your essence through that experience.   Thank goodness you survived and continue to share your strength and courage with us.

Your message of moving through fear came at the perfect time for me today as I have been tapping on deep emotional fear and sadness I have inherited from my mother.  I have certainly heard of the concept of taking on our parent’s fear/sadness and now I am gaining clarity about how that feels and how I can heal and release the past with EFT.

First I would like to thank you for spending your morning with me.  As you already figured out I was somewhat skeptical of EFT from the start.  I’m not one to completely knock anything I don’t understand but always willing to try something in spite of my own lack of knowledge.

I must admit I left the session feeling very peaceful and relaxed.  I was somewhat taken aback at how fast you were able to assist me in tapping into feelings I knew where there, just under the surface.  I am really feeling like there is so much more I need to learn and understand about myself now.  Before this morning I felt like someone who had a fairly good grip on his emotions.  Now I am wondering what else!

It was clear to me this morning that you are in tune with aspects of life that I have not yet explored. I thoroughly enjoyed the connection today and felt quite comfortable expressing myself in your presence.  It was a role reversal for me since I am usually the one sitting on the other side of people’s issues trying to help them make sense of them.

…my vision of you is like a tree in the forest.  Wise, rooted, strong and knowing.  You are gifted to say the least.

I have had a problem being willing to share my dark stuff and only wanted people  to see what I call the good side of me. You shared your story in a way that could support others making change in their lives. I Thank you for your openess.

You have been there and back. (There being on the threshold) It changes perspective and way you approach living.

I had that expereince a few years ago when I had pneumonia. There is a choice being made whether to stay or leave. In the midst of everything I found it a profoundly simple place. How we clutter our thinking with the extraneous that really has no meaning….just a way to create more stuff in our way till we feel ready to do something. What a waste of time.

I am glad you decided to stay. I always look forward to your emails. They are full of your love energy…..right back to you dear lady.

I have been meaning to write to let you know that I have thoroughly enjoyed your EFT Biz Success program.  I was riveted by every interview and it was great that there were so many ideas and perspectives on how to grow an EFT practice.

Angela…. I’m so grateful for the maverick in you. It is a very big piece for me to have your powerful presence coaching me in my own language. I don’t feel I’ll have to be content with plodding anymore.

And the biggest gift for me was realizing I’ve been plodding along gaining skill and courage to engage with my darkest feelings, but I had not realized that I was still trying to get rid of mental patterns like self-doubt, self-criticism, and worry instead of having a relationship with them and having them help me to reclaim my power.

..I’ve had great success with the “flip the energy” method already…Can’t wait to tap these all out.

I am really impelled to do this mother bonding with my 2 girls…amazing how many issues I resounded with..and now my oldest (22) has a daughter of her own and although she has bonded especially strongly, with her being a single mom, I know that she could deeply use this too.
